Handcrafted in Lahore and delivered to your door.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within Lahore city limits. If you are outside Lahore and interested in a piece, please contact us to discuss available options.
2. Delivery Time
Because every piece is handmade and custom-crafted, the estimated delivery time is around 20 days from the date production starts. Production begins once your payment has cleared in full.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location within Lahore and are paid directly to the driver at the time of delivery. We always negotiate the best possible rate with the driver on your behalf.
4. Scheduling Your Delivery
We do not use a fixed courier partner; a trusted local driver is arranged for each delivery. Once your order is ready, we contact you on WhatsApp to schedule a convenient delivery time and share the driver's details.
5. Delay Updates
If your order is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed via WhatsApp so you always know the current status.
6. Tracking Your Order
After payment, you receive a unique Order Code. You can check production and delivery progress any time on our Track Order page, and we send updates via WhatsApp and email.
