Our approach to returns on handcrafted, custom-made furniture.
1. Handmade, Made-to-Order Pieces
Every 522 Gallery piece is handmade and custom-crafted to order. Because each item is built specifically for you, custom and made-to-order pieces are generally non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
2. Inspect on Delivery
Please inspect your furniture carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, take clear photos and report it to us right away so we can resolve it quickly.
3. Reporting Damage or Defects
Report any transit damage or manufacturing defect within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, including photos. We will review your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or another fair resolution.
4. Cancellations
Since production begins only after full payment clears, orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once we have begun crafting your piece, the cost of materials and work already completed may be deducted from any refund.
5. Warranty Coverage
Manufacturing defects under normal residential use are covered. Natural wood movement, grain variation, and finish patina are characteristics of authentic solid wood and are not considered defects.
