Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only within Lahore city limits. If you are outside Lahore, contact us to discuss possible options.
How long will my order take?
Because each piece is handmade and custom-crafted, production takes around 20 days from the date it starts. Production begins once your payment has cleared in full.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept full (100%) payment via direct bank transfer only. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept credit or debit cards.
How do I track my order?
After payment you receive a unique Order Code. You can check progress any time on our Track Order page, and we also share updates via WhatsApp and email.
Can I order a custom piece?
Yes. Almost everything we make is custom. You can choose dimensions, wood type, and finish. Visit our Custom Orders page to see how it works.
What materials do you use?
We work with solid hardwoods, primarily walnut and white oak, sourced responsibly. Natural grain variation makes every piece unique.
What is your returns policy?
As pieces are made to order, custom items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive with a defect or transit damage. Please inspect your piece on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Manufacturing defects under normal residential use are covered. Natural wood movement, grain variation, and finish patina are normal characteristics of solid wood, not defects.
